We are more progressive with our treatment programs and insurance plan will not cover these services.  We will provide you with a receipt that you can use to submit for reimbursement purposes. However, we can make no guarantees about reimbursement from your insurance plan.

4. The prescriptions for the appropriate medications are sent directly to the pharmacy.  These medications are then shipped to you.  Your clinician will guide you through the instructions, injection procedure and program schedule.
